How can I pay for my booking ?

 

All bookings made via our secure website are paid in advanceby credit card (visa, mastercard...). Exceptionally, you can pay cash to the driver with a warranty or check (only for customers resident in France).

 

How far in advance should I book ?

 

We recommend you book at least 24 hours in advance so that our team can process your booking. However, we will do our utmost to respond positively to your requests for last minute reservations. 

What happens if I cancel my booking ?

 

In case of cancellation by the customer, the following fees are retained:

  • Over 2 days before the transfer date: 5% of the total
  • 2 days before the transfer date: 20% du of the total
  • Before the transfer: no refund.
  • The day of transfer: no refund.

 

Where can I find the driver when i'm at the airport ?

 

 Your driver will meet you at the exit from customs or at the meeting point with a sign bearing the image of our company with your name on it. Thus it will be easy to recognize.

 

 

What are your hours and hours you transfer ?

 

Ours offices are open daily from 9:00am to 7:00pm.
Our shuttle service runs daily 24/24.

 

What should I do if your offices are closed and I need to contact you ?

 

You will always have a phone number to contact in case of need shown on your booking confirmation. This number can be contacted outside office hours of our offices. This number is only to use in case of emergency if not thanks for calling 00 33 6 99 216 006 during opening hours.

What happens if my flight is delayed ?

 

We will wait until one hour after the scheduled arrival time of your flight. After this period, we will do our best to insure your shipment but we can not guarantee the time you'll have to wait. If you decide to leave, no refund will be possible when paying cash, your card given as security will be charged.

 

What look like your vehicle ?

 

Our vehicles are minibuses with 8 seats, very comfortable. They are air-conditioned non-smoking and equipped with a GPS system. We also have fully equipped vans.

How about time management for my departure ?

 

The pickup time is indicated on your confirmation.
Under normal circumstances, we will take care of 3 hours before departure time of your flight.

 

What are the places of care and removal ?

 

We provide a shuttle service door to door.
We take you up at your arrival terminal at the airport and transport you to your address.
The day of your departure, we pick you up at your address and drop you off at the terminal off the flight.

 

Which airports do you serve ?

 

We serve Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport, Orly airport, Beauvais airport.

How long does it take to get from Beauvais to Disney Paris Orly and Charles de Gaulle?

 

Travel time depends on traffic, place of management and removal.

 

  • For Roissy and Paris : approximately 1h

  • For Disney : approximately 1h15

  • For Orly :  approximately  1h30.

 

How much luggage can I bring ?

 

As much as you want (no extra cost) as one additional car is not necessary.

 

Should I tip the driver ?

 

Tipping is not mandatory and is left to the discretion of the customer based on the quality of service provided.
